We are located in the United States of America and ship by the next U.S. business day. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping days. We use USPS for most packages, so please use a deliverable USPS address or choose UPS or FedEx shipping.

Shipping delays are beyond our control, please plan enough time for your items to arrive for your project, especially during holidays. Shipping times shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier but not guaranteed by them, therefore we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

United States
We strive to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Orders over $75 USD shipping within the United States qualify for free shipping, typically sent via USPS. In some cases, we may ship using UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

Express 2-3 day shipping is available for an extra fee. Our cut-off time is 1:00 pm Central Time on weekdays. An order received after this time will be sent express the next business day. We use UPS or FedEx Express for this service. Please note that pick up and delivery may not be available on Saturday, so an order on Thursday may not be delivered until Monday.

Orders that are over 50 pounds may incur an extra shipping fee.

International

We ship international orders via USPS or UPS. If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing your order, please contact us at support@wchshop.com.

Please note that all applicable customs duties, taxes, and VAT fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned by the buyer, all associated shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
