Our Guarantee
We sell high-quality, brand-new cabinet hardware as well as a curated selection of refurbished vintage pieces. We stand behind every item we offer. While our products don’t include a manufacturer’s warranty, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we’re happy to replace it. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and include a photo clearly showing the issue. We’ll handle the rest.
Please note that our vintage hardware often features natural variations in finish, patina, and minor wear from age. These characteristics are part of each piece’s history and charm and are not considered defects.
Returns
Our Return policy lasts 30 days from time it is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please inspect your order when it arrives for any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping your items back to us. Please ensure your items are well packed and sealed. If you are returning a large order, you may want to consider insuring the delivery. Please include your name and order number in the package.

Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will have a restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Refunds are for the amount of the product, not shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your emails and bank or credit line account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If you want to exchange for a different product, please return your original order and make a new order for the desired product. If you have more questions, please send us an email at support@wchshop.com or call 417-392-7872.

Please note that all applicable customs duties, taxes, and VAT fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned by the buyer, all associated shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
